I work with creative women who sense there’s more of themselves wanting to come through.
Many of the women who arrive here are thoughtful, capable, and deeply creative — and something inside them feels restless. They’ve built meaningful lives, but a part of them knows there is more space, more expression, and more aliveness waiting.
Artists, entrepreneurs, and change-makers often come to me at a threshold. Something new wants to emerge, but hesitation, old expectations, or exhaustion keep interrupting the movement.
Our work creates the space for that deeper current to surface — and take shape in the world.
You might be:
Often, it’s not more strategy that’s needed.
It’s space.
Space to listen to yourself again.
Space to reconnect with your creative intelligence.
Space for what’s real to begin moving.
Many of the people drawn to this work are women navigating creative and life transitions.
And if you recognize yourself here — you are welcome.
Creativity becomes a doorway back into contact with yourself.
Sometimes that looks like painting, writing, or speaking truth out loud.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to hear what is quietly asking for your attention.
This space is part sanctuary, part creative laboratory, and part gentle rebellion.
Quiet enough for your inner voice to surface.
Playful enough to surprise yourself.
The result is not a new version of you — but a fuller expression of the one that has been waiting.
I don’t work from a template.
Your path isn’t something that can be mapped in advance. Our work is responsive and alive — shaped by what is emerging in you in real time.
Sometimes we explore creative practice.
Sometimes we design structures that support your work and life.
Sometimes we gently dismantle the patterns that keep you circling.
What matters is that something begins to move.
I hold space for the messy, the uncertain, and the not-yet-formed — because that’s often where the most important shifts begin.
For over twenty-five years, I’ve been guiding individuals and teams through creative and professional change.
My work draws from experiences in alternative education, improvisation, creative facilitation, and leadership development.
I’ve studied transformational learning, founded a sketch comedy troupe, worked in self-directed learning communities, and supported people bringing meaningful ideas into the world.
Across all of these spaces, one truth has remained consistent:
Real change doesn’t come from forcing ourselves into the “right” method.
It comes from learning to trust ourselves.
From listening deeply, responding honestly, and moving even when the path is still unfolding.
I don’t see creativity as something reserved for artists.
It’s one of the most direct ways we reconnect with our own intelligence, intuition, and vitality.
When people return to that connection, something shifts.
Life stops feeling like performance.
Energy begins to flow.
Choices become clearer.
Clients often describe the experience as a deep exhale…
Clarity that feels like oxygen
Courage to trust your own rhythm
Freedom from performing
Deep belonging in yourself
This is not about bypassing the parts of you that ache or rage.
It’s about creating space for your truth.
Space to reclaim your rhythm, your voice, your expression.
Space to integrate the child, the teenager, the wise woman, and everything in between—
so you can live and create from the center of your own being.
We’ll laugh. We’ll cry. We’ll dance, sound, paint, scream, write poetry, or sit in silence.
We’ll use it all. Nothing is too messy or too tender here.
If you’re feeling called, trust it.
